  I arrived at PhysicianOne as a new patient feeling ill and exhausted. I was greeted at the front desk by a friendly young woman who made the check in process a breeze. I was called in quickly, and triaged by the Medical Assistant, Heidi. She was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Immediately after Heidi gathered the necessary information from me, I was seen by Dr. Shahid. He listened closely to my concerns and conducted a thourogh exam based on my symptoms. He ordered the appropriate testing and explained his thoughts and plan to me, including next steps. All in all I spent about 30 minutes at the facility, but left feeling that all of my needs were addressed in a professional, courteous, and expedient manner. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

  The staff is very professional and friendly. The physician that treated me was very knowledgable and professional as well. This was my first visit to an urgent care facility and I was very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend to anyone needing attention that may not require an emergency room visit.

  My husband and I went there last night. They are an amazing group of people, very knowledable, very friendly. The office was very clean and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I would definitely go back for any other medical necessity.

  They did a great job! I was in and out quickly. Thank god I dident have a broken bone! There staff was so friendly. They did an x-ray so fast! And I loved that the music playing in the rooms was a Disney soundtrack, made me feel comfortable. I always go here and will continue to. 😊 thanks guys!

  I've been weary of the urgent care phenomenon that has taken over our country so I have avoided them. Past experience has shown issues with insurance and low levels of care, but not here. We were so impressed with PhysicianOne. The office was spotless, including the bathrooms. The staff pleasant, caring, and not once did I feel that I wasn't taken seriously. I got real care here and will definitely go back.
