  Waited 20 minutes for the rental car bus. 40 minutes from returning car to terminal. Agent at bus for term 4 was rude

  A bit of a ways from the airport, leave enough time for the bus ride. Well organized, easy to get in and out.

  It's a very well managed car rental common facility. The frequency of shuttles from airport to this place is as high as every 5 mins, but be prepared to sometime wait for the bus while returning close to 10-12 mins.

  Upon arrival I thought "man that rental car parking is far away from the terminal" but upon departure my thought changed to "that was the easiest car return and early bag check in I ever ever experienced". Hertz Gold pick up was a direct walk to car and go. Hertz return was just as simple with drive in, park, and immediately met for receipt. A huge BONUS is they offer Early Arrival Bag drop where you can check in your luggage up to 2 hours before your flight and avoid the hassle of carrying your luggage over to the terminal for check in - that was a true convenience! Good job PHX!!!
