  This place is "The shop around the corner" that you think went away of the big box store a long time ago. I have been coming here for the last decade over many different staff. I jumped on a VanDessel last year but they have a wide variety of rides and other kit ready to go. I have never regretted any purchase I have made at this location and am surprised at stories from other reviews suggesting otherwise.

  Very friendly staff always helpful on any bicycle questions anyone buying a bicycle I would recommend this place

  Bought 3 bikes from them, not no more. The sales staff decent, repair folks need to work in a industry not dealing with people or machinery. Over charged and lazy. Spent $450 on maintenance, you would think at that price it would be like a brand new bike. Bearings on crank are still messed up. Off course its my fault. Great job!

  Jae and Don were awesome! I went in with my two daughters, 10 and 12, to purchase a bike for the 10yo. We ended up trying out different bikes and found perfect fit for her, and both of these guys spent so much time explaining all of the bells and whistles to her and I. I also had intended to purchase a new road bike for myself as I train for Triathlons, but they both told me with a few tweaks on my current bike, I wouldn't need to get a new bike, thus saving me $1-2k. I was so impressed that I decided to get a leisure bike for myself as they were having a sale. What a great experience form beginning to end. True through and through customer service, which is hard to come by these days in retail. Thanks Performance, we will definitely be back real soon.
