  Dr. Karen Bergonio-Aro is the best dentist I've ever had! She makes going to the dentist such a pleasurable experience! She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, caring and one of the sweetest people you will meet. You and your teeth are in great hands with her gentle touch! You won't be let down!   My family and I have been going to Dr. Bergonio for over 5 years in both the Nanuet and Hasbrouck Heights location. She has always been extremely gentle and patient with my kids. She takes the time to explain procedures and you never feel rushed. I would definitely recommend visiting Dr. Bergonio in either location.

  Dr. Bergonio made sure I was comfortable during my visit. She is professional and gentle. She took the time to explain what she was doing and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Perfect Smile in Nanuet and Hasbrouck Heights.

  I have been going to the offices (Nanuet and Hasbrouck Heights) of Dr. Bergonio for several years now and each visit has continued to meet the high level of customer service and professionalism expected from any healthcare provider. In addition to her short waiting time and flexible scheduling, she answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable. I received my invisalign treatment earlier this year and Dr. Bergonio mapped out a detailed treatment plan, explaining the movements of my teeth and how long the treatment will be. She is very patient and thorough in discussing recommendations and follow up care.

  Perfect Smile dentistry in nanuet... They contacted me a year later to bill me for a visit that the dentist waved the cost for. Citing the incompetency of the former receptionist to why i was never charged. After speaking with the manager and the dentist herself. Both offered no apology only that there was a mistake and the money was owed. I'm beyond upset. I was ready and able to pay at the service was told there was no charge... at no point did ANYONE, outside of today's call, try to contact me to address is this "mistake" . Nor did they mention it at my appt 2mths later. My 2yr old had her cleaning 9/2016. No insurance, they quoted $100, thought it was a fair price. After the visit i went to pay the front desk... the young lady went to speak with the dentist and returned to say "The doctor isn't charging you for today's visit". I was surprised but appreciative. I returned to the office 2mths later for my own apt. Apparently they tried to send a bill, but addressed it to my then 2yr old and it was subsequently returned via the post office
