  The staff is rude and nasty. They advertise the food comes with snap peas but they actually make your meal with snow peas. When you bring this to their attention they argue and get disrespectful with customers. They should redirect their anger with the people who are ordering the wrong vegetables. A snow peas is nasty. Update the menu or be honest about your ingredients.

  I love that they have gluten-free options. However, my party complained the regular rice was too tangy from the orange chicken and sesame chicken but they really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken. As for the gluten-free rice, I felt the rice was too wet and don't mean from the sauce. I had the bourbon chicken. It was good but there was a lot of pieces with fat and the chicken fat has nasty flavor.

  I love this Pei Wei! The staff is very nice & down to Earth. This is honestly the BEST Pei Wei in the DFW hands down. Whether dining in or ordering online, they will take care of you & provide excellent customer service! 5 Stars hands down

  As a tourist, the fact that they had free Wi-Fi that went all the way to our bus stop made us interested in their menu, even after we had already pre-chosen another place to have lunch. So glad we ended up choosing this place. Great food, great staff, great prices and fast service. If I ever come back to Dallas, I'll certainly visit this place!
