  Horrible place. Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a large pizza and was given a medium. All the manager could say was that pan doesn't come in large. Ridiculous. I will not be coming back, and advise anyone to avoid this place.

  The Papa would be sad to say the least. A chain is as strong as it’s weakest link. This is by far the worst Papa Johns I’ve ever had. I’ve tired over and over again just to be as dissatisfied as last time. The pizza takes an hour plus and is always cold when it gets to the door. Next time..... but there won’t be one smh.

  I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Because they're all true. Insane delivery times, in-store employees obviously don't care about much of anything. The driver was nice enough, though. Pizza was lukewarm because it'd been sitting around for a couple hours.

  This location is absolutely horrible! Each time I order I’m disappointed. The only reason I keep giving them chances is because it’s the only one close to my house. But last night was my last straw 😡. I ordered a pizza and wings last night and the pizza was so undercooked it was ridiculous! I literally paid over $25 to throw the food directly into the trash. The staff is so unprofessional it’s insane. Please get new management and employees!

  Don't go to this location in your life!!! I never have a bad experience with Papa John's and this is the first time having a really bad one. My friend order through the app an order at 8pm for delivery. Is 10pm and no pizza. We try to call the location but no answer. My friend went to the location to see what is happening why the pizza is 2 hours late. So he went there with other friends and demanded a refund. They told him it will take 2-5 business days to the card. Manager and staff were rude to them. After finally getting the pizza, he checked that one of the pizza had pubic hair on it. And on top of that, one of the staff threw a pizza to my friend's car for no reason. He told them "what do you expect? 5 star service". The kid was fire at the moment from the manager. We really had a bad experience with this location. We are not coming back again and some of us actually thinking of not buy in a future Papa John's anymore. We know is just a regular fast food chain, but if we paid for a service, no matter is a fast food or fancy restaurant, we expect respect and great service. In conclusion, we had the worst experience ever. We are considering not buying from Papa John's ever again. And to this specific location, they need to fire everyone there, including the manager and hire working and customer service oriented personnel.
