  Fresh tasty soul food....just to let you'll know I have friends whom are truckers that do restaurant delivery. And they all tell me this kitchen is the cleanest they've seen in comparison to your regular trusted food chains which most of Em are filthy in kitchen

  In a city with a lot of "Soul Food" restaurants, Peggy's is the choice for down home cooking. You must try the turnip greens!

  This was our first time. I have heard of it for years. I am a vegetable lover and country cooking fan. They full filled my desire for a meal like my mother use to cook. The place was clean and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. Sorry about the photo of the half eaten food but it was so delicious, we could not wait! I would advise, that if you like country cooking you should check this place out.
