  Honestly THE BEST office I have ever brought my children too . Super nice, Very accommodating. The office is always clean . Always available to see my children with no problem . I love them all . I would recommend this office to everyone i know

  The office manager Linda in the Fairlawn office is very abrupt and nasty when speaking to patients. She rushes you off the phone without any questions being answered. To have 20+ years of experience, and working in a pediatric environmenent, you would think she would be a bit more professional and friendly.

  The staff is great, Doctor Shaffi is one of the best. In General this is a great place to take your kids. From Customer service to visits they have always been polite and helpful.
