::I have been taking my son there for a few years now. He recently got braces put on his teeth not there but at another office. I wanted his teeth cleaned every three months going forward. He had had a difficult time with his baby teeth and to make a long story short he is an internationally adopted child which has never been understood there either. Every child or almost every child that came to the US with him has had the similar issues but he has been made to feel bad by a couple of the hygienists. Then when we were there in January I was told that the in between cleaning that was between the six month ones that my dental coverage pays for would be $30 each time. I got there and after he was finished on, May 14th. And all he had done was a cleaning no x-rays, no fluoride treatment and was seen by no dentist that day was going to be $80. The hygienist that day happened to be wonderful wish he could have had her every time. To me this was a drastic difference. The girls up front had an attitude about the whole thing and I am turn off about the whole office now.

::Dr Lee was a blessing when my son needed his top 4 teeth extracted due to bottle rot he was very quick and made every effort to keep him calm and comfortable thank you DR. Lee

::Very unhappy with this practice! Dr Chris is wonderful but the front desk staff is awful. My children have been coming here for years!! This afternoon we had a 3:30 appointment which I rushed to, to find out after both my children were in the chair getting prepped for X- rays/ cleanings that they no longer accept my insurance. The only reason I came to find this out was because I refused my daughter having yet another X-ray because she recently had one. The hygienist sent me to the front desk to confirm it would be covered in full, not to worry. Well just then I find out that they no longer even accept my insurance. At what point were they going to tell me this!? You would think this would have brought to my attention when I called to confirm 2 days ago!!!! Long story short, If I didn't speak up, I would have been charged a few hundred dollars! The staff is constantly changing, and the practice has gone down hill. It's really too bad Dr Chris is a wonderful dentist and Tiffany the hygienist is excellent too. Do your homework before your visits, because they sure don't!!!

::The staff was extremely friendly. The hygienist explained everything she was doing and the dentist answered all of my questions and concerns. They gave me all my options and encouraged me to go with the natural approach rather than an invasive procedure for the problem my daughter was having. They let me stay in the room (except for X-rays). We (my daughter and I) were both very happy with the cleaning and exam.

::My son loves Dr. Chris! He is super friendly and sings to the younger patients. As such, he easily builds rapport with his patients, easing anxiety and fear. The support staff are really nice too. Dr. Chris is a competent and skillful dentist, making our overall experience positive everytime we visit. I would highly recommend this practice!
