  The Doctor and the Hygienist were fine. The process, waiting, and the front desk staff are why I will not return. When I made my first (and only) appointment they sent me by text all the paper work, which was several pages that they chose not to look at. If that was not enough they sent me yet another request to fill out even more paper work, which again they did not look at. When I arrived I was not treated as a person instead I was treated like a chore. I was left alone in the exam room for almost 30 min, only for the front desk person to ask me again who I worked for-- hint hint it was in the paperwork they required but decided not to look at, she also asked when I checked in. Then I was told in a very rude way: Your company will not pay the entire amount you will have to pay $xx dollars. I said "that is not a problem." She said "so, you want to get it done today" I said "I thought I was waiting here so they could re-cement the crown that came out" then she walked out of the room and yelled at the top of her lungs: "the guy in six is ready." Is that why I was left alone for almost 30 min? When the dentist was finally with me, he was interrupted by someone else asking "Are you going to be able to fit that crown, TODAY." This conversation was not only disrespectful to the doctor, but also disrespectful to the person waiting for their crown and to me. It seems that respect is in short supply for anyone in this office. In addition to everything else, the facility could not even provide an itemized receipt, in fact I received no receipt at all, only a text message that stated how much they charged me, which did not include what they did. As I said before the dentist and the hygienist were fine, nothing special but polite enough. I also appreciate that I was given a same day appointment (hence the three starts when my gut wants to only give one). It is the way the office staff treated me and the process that I had go through for no good reason. After witnessing the management of this office, it was no wonder why they had multiple same day openings for me to choose from.

  Great office! Great staff! Got me an appointment in a pinch for an emergency filling replacement on an observed national holiday. 10/10 recommended. The dentist was pain free and so pleasent! Thank you!

  I am so glad I found this office. Everyone is so incredibly nice here. This was my second time today at this dentist. They are amazing. Elvinson was my hygienist today and he was so sweet. Looking forward to seeing him again for my next 6 month appt. Definitely will be recommending this dentist to others. Super clean office also!

  A most pleasant experience to get an extraction and filling done. Dr. Renee Lerner alleviated my fears with her reassurance and care. She gave expansive explanations of the procedure; she managed my expectations and made sure I was comfortable and pain free thoughout the procedures. I strongly recommend Dr. Lerner, she's a true professional.

  Amazing experience all around! My hygienist Wandy & Dr. Yang were so patient and kind. They listened to me and took the time to explain everything. The entire staff here are so welcoming. Highly recommend visiting this office! Changed my perspective on dentists!
