  I walked in for Appliances for my business and I had the opportunity to deal with one of the employees and manager and i had to say it was one of the best experiences. I would say in the hour I was looking I was no rushed or forced to buy anything. I received such a great deal I would recommend anyone to this location. Thanks again guys excellent customer service

  I went to PC Richard & Son looking for personal electronics. I found something that fit the bill only to find out that this item was not in stock at this store. Dawn the sales associate asked if she could take my phone number and order the item from another store for me. That to me was great. About a week later she called to say the item I wanted had been discontinued but that there was another unit $20.00 more that could do the same job and a little more. Before I could respond Dawn asked me to please wait while she talked to her manager. Dawn came back on the call and said the updated unit would be made available to me for the same price as the discontinued one. She on her own talked to the manager and asked for the lowered price because of the inconvenience the situation caused. Well done Dawn. She played Santa a few months early.

  PC Richard has been a significant partner in our home upgrade activities over the past seven months. We especially appreciate the guidance and support provided by Nicholas Kosegi, a sales professional in the Wayne, NJ, store. He has been the consummate pro: he has top-notch product knowledge and a keen ability to help his customers determine what they need from their appliances. Last but not least, he has provided us with superb customer service throughout the entire upgrade process. A large number of our neighbors are going to upgrade their appliances, and we are steering them toward the Wayne PC Richard store and Nick K.

  What an amazing experience! Arrived to the store to a large parking lot with plenty of space. Bright and welcoming store with very friendly staff greeting you at the door. Looking for various items, I was quickly whisked away to the appropriate areas. While doing a lot of research before coming, the sales staff were even more knowledgeable. The best part of the experience was dealing with Brian Tapia. Brian walked with the salesperson and myself through the store and made recommendations based on his in depth knowledge and experience. After selecting the items I was looking to purchase, Brian worked some magic and got me a great price. Within minutes, Brian and the salesperson helped process the payment and walked me to the door carrying all of my items. Following closely behind us was a staff member with the large items. All items were carefully placed in my vehicle and off I went to enjoy. This was honestly my best experience shopping.

  I am satisfied with my experience at PC Richards and the delivery of my new washer/dryer. I took my kids in tow to the store in Wayne, and Maurice was extremely patient with me and my wild kids as we shopped for the new washer/dryer set. He answered all my questions and informed me about available rebates, but also gave me sufficient time and space to shop and inspect the machines on my own. I never felt pressured or followed, like in other stores. But I always knew he was available to answer questions, unlike other stores where the product floor is a ghost town. They offer the right mix of availability but "no pressure" and I appreciate that, because it's a fine line to walk. They had a huge selection of appliances to choose from, which was great. I will definitely go back to that store, and I would definitely seek out Maurice as my salesman again. I was also really happy with the delivery process. The delivery guys came within the allotted time frame, and they were very nice and professional. It was a smooth transition from the old to the new washer/dryer. They even let me clean the floor in between removal and installation, which I appreciated. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience. And my new LG washer and dryer are amazing, so bonus!
