  Huge shout-out to Naquan who spent a considerable amount of time helping me last night. Had to add items to our registry, then order/purchase them plus he price-matched a competitor's price. When back for more purchases or help, I'll be sure to see him. Thanks Naquan!

  The staff is always great! I just wish they would do something about the Mother’s Room! It’s so outdated and just nasty!!! I rather breastfeed in the car!

  Every time I come here some sort of new procedure has been put into place extremely annoying. However the manager Anthony Moreno has always been extremely helpful. Had a problem a few times out of the 3 times he helped us he was able to resolve our issue extremely well. The only time he did not help me with what I wanted he explained why he couldn't do that made alot of sense and didn't like the answer but he was very informative and professional. He is a great manager and also informs his staff with knowledge of the situation so that they can learn from it.

  First off I am a big fan of Babies"R"Us but the totowa store in particular has me outraged the few times I have to go to it. It is always crowded with plenty of employees whom always seem to be helping with online orders or registry issues regarding picking up an item for a gift and they can never help the customers in the store. Or the employee tells you they will be there to help and make you wait for hours or you have to constantly page someone to help and the employee never comes. I had my registry with Babies"R"Us too but I find the totowa store particularly unhelpful and do not understand why no one is ever in the stroller section to assist or demonstrate. And when someone finally does arrive they tell you they don't know how to use it. Thx s is only after you have been waiting there for an hr. I can see why people flock to buybuybaby over babies r us, especially since buybuybaby always has someone in the stroller or various other departments who is knowledgeable and can assist their customers. I am also extremely upset by the Totowa store because it is not my preferred store as rockaway is much closer but to see all the strollers I had to go to the bigger store in totowa which was over an hour away. We received no help waited around for a ridiculously long time and then just went home. Disgusted as this has been on more than one occasion.

  I like shopping at this location. Pleasant staff and it's not too crowded. I only shop on Sundays and not during the holidays. A few times the lines have been long and they could have opened other lanes but didn't. Overall this location is my go to!
