  The worst customer survise ever!!!fat women with violet hair was screaming on me! I just wanted to get my money throuh western union on my birthday. This person was extremely rude! She throwed the form to me as if I did something bad for her!please please please do something with your customer survise!

  I never wrote a review in my life but today's visit was pretty bad. Tried cashing a small check for my company UPS just to be told wait on the side, he had to go to the back office but in the meanwhile he would take care of the next customer, im not sure if he thinks his customers don't have common sense but okay, waited 15 minutes till he was done with the following customer. He handed me my money No Thank You No Sorry for the wait, if im paying for a service I'll probably spend my money elsewhere. They are not the only cash checking place in NY.

  Disgusting customer service...guy whispering behind window and letting out long disrespectful sighs when asking to repeat himself...if there was a possible 0 stars the would have it!

  Hi, I would never sugest this place. The mananger is taking desicion on his own who gonna get the money and who is not, I believe his name is Haseeb. Lio is the worker at pay o matic told me, that he was told by his mananger not to give me the money. Nice job guys. I hope you will be out of business soon.
