  Problem is that the wait is so long. It's New York - time is money - chase should hire more people for this branch as the facility is so big and the area is very busy. In addition this branch should be looked at especially due to such horrible reviews on google!!! Common and let's fix this up already

  First and last time here they hired all the fat and lazy ladies to work!!!! Poor customer service!!!

  Avoid Frank Spataro. Can't believe he is a private client banker. He doesn't seem very experienced and very slow on his tasks. I was waiting for more than 20 mins for a simple task and expressed I must feed the parking meter. He even advised me that he may need another 20-30 mins. Even opening a new account can take less time than that.

  Frank Spataro is the rudest chase employee I have ever dealt with. Got a vibe of prejudice from him, not a good experience. He never said hi or goodbye and the whole 5 mins with him were very uncomfortable and stressful
