::We were in a horrible accident on 84 with 6 other cars and a tractor trailer. Pats towing was on call and towed our car. They have been nothing but kind and compassionate in helping us to deal with this terrible thing that happened to us. I highly recommend.

::Do not use these people!! What a bunch of dishonest crooks. My employees car was towed from the Newburgh mall because security forgot to cone off an area. They towed on Saturday morning. When we went to get it they were closed on sat and Sunday with a $75 per day storage fee. Pretty clever! $360 for towing and $150 in storage for a total of over 500 plus tax (of which you know they are not paying when accepting only cash) When we went to pick it up they told us they only accept cash for towing. Pretty clever again. Very poor dishonest business practices
