  My service at Monro was great. Ed was very helpful in not only taking me in for an oil change on a tight schedule but assisting me with other issues my car had. Ed was very honest and informative and I’d recommend this shop!

  Great experience, I've been a customer for roughly two and a half years. The staff is very welcoming, any questions you have they do their best in getting the information for you. You know it's a good shop when the show you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle!!!! Don't waste you time going anywhere else these guys are the BEST!!!!

  Ed and Chris at the front desk are very efficient with diagnosis and are always willing to work with you on flexible schedule. I always feel at home whenever I go to service my vehicle and they treat me like family.

  I’ve been servicing my cars with Monro Muffler in newburgh for almost 15 years. Ed Felix and his staff are always professional and polite. They always have the best interest in mind when it come to there customers and their repairs. Ed will always give reminders to certain up coming car repairs, but never push to do more than what is necessary at the time of your visit. Ed will always help his customers with possible discounts when he can, which is always appreciated!

  I absolutely love Monro. Ed and his team are the best. I have been dealing with them for close to 8 years and they have always given me the best advice for my cars and great service. They definitely are my top choice for all my car service needs. Great Job Team!
