  Really nice, clean, comprehensive party store. It's surprisingly nice for this kind of a store. It's very professionally run.

  I frequent Party City because I am a planner never was a time when I shopped there was a problem. The staff is helpful.

  Quick stop for a particular product (paint marker) but staff was helpful. Did not browse or spend much time there.

  they have a great selection of party items and are categorized nicely in the store making it more easy locating your wanted items...... that's if you get lucky and actually go to a store that carries what you find online. The prices are horrendous so i only shop there if I'm desperate for something. After having shopped at more than 7 party cities I've determined that customer service is not their priority as it seems they are rude and always understaffed. As i recall, they refused to accept returns or give store credit the year that children couldn't go trick or treating due to super storm Sandy. Thats just bad business
