  PLEASE DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE. I wish I read the reviews before I shopped here. We went to buy a Communion Dress from another store, but did not get the right size. I googled the designer "Joan Calabrese" and Lestans came up as a store that carries these dresses. We found a nice dress and Lestans looked up their vendor to see if they could order it in the size we want. I paid a deposit and it was all downhill from then. The store never called me back (which they said they would on a day next week). I had to follow up many times before I heard the dress in my daughter's size reached the store. We go to collect the dress and it was a total wrong size. This is after measuring my child. We were assured we'll get the right size (a tactic they use - I now read other customer reviews), but it is just a lie. We go back 3 weeks later, and they don't have the size they promised. Instead of being truthful and saying they don't have the right size, they try to palm off a wrong size on you. They tell you they'll alter for free. My 8 year old girl is telling me it is tight and i can see the size is not right on her, so why should i go in for an alteration. It isn't a cheap dress. I was so disappointed, i teared up. It was then the shop lady shouted at me saying that it was I who has ruined my daughter's Communion day. She was so caustic, it hurt. My husband, a very calm and rational man was pulling me out of the store. I said i would write a review, which I'm doing now. I have nothing to gain - I've lost my deposit, lost a lot of time and disappointed my daughter. If i can save another customer from this experience, that will mean something. We've decided to forfeit the money as our dignity and peace of mind is far more valuable. I have never been treated this rudely at a store and this has truly been my most horrific shopping experience. Lestans no more.

  I had the most wonderful experience getting my prom dress from Lestan. All of the workers were so helpful and accomodating to my needs. When my dress came in, many alterations were needed, and they seamstresses did an amazing job so the dress ended up fitting like a glove. My dress was so beautiful and they made my prom truly special.

  I just recently bought my wedding gown from this store. The women that work here are amazing!! They are spot on with their choices of what dress fits your body. My wedding was a last minute planned wedding and they found me a dress right away. I absolutely recommend this store! I first went to davids bridal on route 22 and they were horrible! Coming here was the best choice I ever made.

  I never write reviews. But after seeing all the horrible reviews this place received. I just had to write a review. My experience was awesome! After getting snubbed by Klienfield for coming 5 months before wedding to buy a dress. I took a chance with Lestan Bridal. Best decision i made during my wedding planning process. They treated me like a queen! First I found a dressed that I loved. Then came back a month later telling them that I changed my mind. They Allowed me to switch to a different dress that I loved more which became my dream wedding dress. I also bought my veil and petticoat from them. The whole staff was very sweet and accommodating!!
