  I'd pretty much give it 5 stars if the parking lot wasn't so hectic. They have a large space, great selection of cheap costumes, wigs, make-up, etc. They also have all types of cups, plates, eating utensils, & whatever else you could possibly want for hosting a party. They accept orders for helium-filled balloons as well. Unsure if they rent out tables & chairs; we typically handle that ourselves. Since the parking lot is so full most of the time, consider having someone go with you in order to help you get things back to your car.

  Great customer service but the actual store does not have half of the options it used to have.

  Worst customer service. Very rude staff. No one helped. Just blew us off. Aah we don't know what's wear .
