  Staff are friendly and knowledgable. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me try and test a sample of a product I was interested in. Sephora's are usually high quality and this one is no exception. Great store!

  I walked into Sephora the other day. I was looking at makeup and one of the workers were just standing there talking through her mic. After she was done she DIDN’T even bother greeting me. I asked her if she can help me and she replied with a careless attitude that someone will can come in a few minutes. I didn’t even bother to wait. I went today again and nobody greeted me, but workers looked me straight in the eyes. So if they see me why are they not greeting me? So when I saw a worker doing absolutely nothing, but standing there I asked her if she was free? She said yes. I thought to myself that why are you NOT ASKING TO HELP PEOPLE??? WHY ARE YOU JUST STANDING AROUND??? She is just standing there smiling like she is in dream land. I’m sorry to say this, but half the staff don’t even seem to be all there mentally. They have this energy like they don’t want to be there and that whole zombie attitude. What kind of retail/store doesn’t give any customer service? Not even greeting customers? Maybe this Sephora should find better and friendlier staff. I can deal with a lot of stuff when visiting a store, but I will never deal with terrible customer service. Let’s be real when I go out to eat or shopping I expect to be greeted right away. Knowledge can be learned, experience can be earned, but you can never teach someone good customer service. Whoever the district manager is truly has to get on the sm to find better staff.

  There is a big staff, but all of them are really unhelpful , and treat me indifferently since I saw the reviews it is not only me. This store hire unprofessional people . I got there with the purpose of make a big purchase.. but I got out of there without nothing... when I asked to a lady for help she send me to another lady in the front, when I got to the front all i saw was people from the staff talking. I thought someone was waiting for me there, but i was wrong. So I decided to ask for help , and when I call the attention to a lady ,and I said what I was looking for, the lady send me to look for it ,by myself.. I said REALLY!!!!.. such a horrible experience.. definitely I never go back there again. And keep doing my purchases at ULTA❤....

  The manager is awful. Pretty much most of the staff is rude and indifferent. I hope they go out of business or completely turn over their staff. The Greenwich location is much nicer. The guys there are helpful friendly and very cool.
