  Great place to find what you are looking for but only one cashier at check out. Very long wait at check out.

  My balloons were half deflated because they filled them in the wrong day. (Day before) I asked them at least to redo the worst ones, which they did. But I had to pay full price. Balloons only survived half the party. Good thing I had paid for the "longer lasting" ones. 2nd time I was screwed with party city.

  Understandably Very Hectic yesterday. The Staff was good-natured and helpful. If you should choose to exchange a costume - don't forget to bring it with you. We were told Halloween exchanges must be done by today or it's yours. They are willing to allow you to purchase other goods or supplies up to or above the amount of the purchase price, not less, as they will not be issuing cash refunds. Actually makes sense.
