  Two major flaws... first I returned clothes but didn't have receive and the manager refused to look up my account to refund what I paid and only gave me lowest sale price which amounted to about 40%. Then I returned with my mom on another day. She finds a jacket on sale however the zipper was stuck. No other jackets in her size. Rather than give my mom a similar jacket for the sale price we stood around for 20 minutes while the manager wanted the girl to unstick the zipper. Needless to say we will NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE. Manager is horrible!

  Terrible Service. Beautiful store, beautiful clothes. Late night girl was totally uninterested when I was in need of an item. Asked her twice, then just said point me to the area where it might be. A customer brought their 12 ish yr old son and she she was completely enamored by him it gave me the creeps this is the reason she wouldn't help me look for an item. Mind you it was 8:45pm and the only person in there was me and my friend, and this woman with her son. They need to retrain this girl this was on May 22, 2018. Short, stocky girl with a brown hair pony tail. Totally terrible. I'm a hairdresser if I did that to a client I would never hear the end of it.
