  There is ice. So 2 stars. The HS hockey kids as rink guards is a great idea, since they know about rink safety.... But..... They need to stop looking at their phones, and actually watch the ice. In doing that, they might actually see the poor behaviour of the skaters. But they aren't made to, there are no consequences to not doing the part of their job that requires attention to people and not electronics. That is the fault of the leadership.
