  The employees are not answering the phone and they are hanging up on their customers. I guess I will take my business somewhere else.

  Pizza sauce sucks, dough is always undercooked, the toppings don't taste fresh or premium, and after that Super Bowl comment last year... bye forever. Won't order from here again even if I'm desperate. Go to Mr. Jims, they won't disappoint.

  I've been here a few times inside and it's pretty calm (at least the times I go) Employees are just being themselves but I was promptly helped upon entering and that's all I ask for is some recognition, no need to be over the top fake. Got delivery today and it was delicious and on time and correct. Good experiences. The reason there's always way more 1 star reviews is people don't bother to comment on the good times. Whoever reads this, remember that when you read reviews on other places.
