  Cant deliver less than a mile from their shop. First they say they wont deliver beyond Valley View. I tell them I'm well before you get to that road. Then the guy on the phone says they dont deliver north of 183. Truth be told, you could tell in their voice they just didnt want to do the delivery. I wonder how the franchise ownership feel about them turning business down. :shrug:

  I was expecting subs so fast you’ll freak. Well I def didn’t freak from it being fast but from starving. I live a 5 min drive from this location but couldn’t leave the house which is why I order Jimmy Johns. Well it’s been an hour and 7min later as of now and I still haven’t received my sub. I could’ve ordered pizza or Chinese food and received it faster than this. A true disappointment

  Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been too. We ate inside, and the cashier was so patient as we had a 2 year old with us. He even gave us a free cookie! The 3 sandwiches came out really quick and were made to perfection. Our 2 year old actually starting choking and one of the employees came out with water and wanted to make sure everything was okay. They also all waved and said bye as we left. Best customer service, and great food. We will certainly be back! :)

  They really are as fast as they say, sometimes my sandwich is done before I get my change back from the checkout process. One of the few places you can get a sandwich without bread, they call it an “unwhich” and it’s awesome! #9 is my favorite

  I've had issue after issue with this particular Jimmy Johns. It never fails that they somehow mess up my sandwich. At this point I'm fairly sure they recognize my address and just do it on purpose. I'm officially done. I ordered something and specified no cheese or mayo. This was for my nephew who is lactose intolerant and they put cheese on it. Had I not already been skeptical of their ability to make a simple sandwich, he would've been sick all night.
