  This place has become very disappointing. Everytime I go, there is a problem. Today I asked for my sandwich to be pressed and it wasn’t I asked the lady that made the sandwich to press it, she said she can’t because I touched it and cross contamination which she spoke very out of tone so I went back up to the counter where I ordered and the young lady was very apologetic because it was truly her fault that she forgot to put it on my receipt. Nevertheless the told me dont worry she will fix it! But I thought to myself I am paying my hard earned money to get attitude ....no I am not , so I spoke to the manager and I told him I want a refund keep the sandwich and you guys won’t see me again. Ps you guys need new management at this location

  I LOVE PANERA BREAD SITES. VERY GOOD FOOD. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I LOVE THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM.

  I missed two of the BEST YOUNG LADIES AT THIS LOCATION...Their names are Tee Tee and Cleo..Whenever I come back to Brooklyn I always come to visit these 2 Beautiful Professional woman....

  I really enjoy the food even for the price. It was made with quality. The staff seems pretty friendly and the service is fairly quick. There is no lack of seating in this establishment. The lemonade is great and so is their turkey chili! Stop by
