::Great food at a nominal price. Always as that they make your yellowplantains, Maduro fresh, if not get ready for horrible maduros. Try your best to pay in cash, otherwise they will start making up taxes and fees as they go even for debit charges. Deliveries are a hit or miss. Sometimes they come upstairs to the door and other times not.

::This restaurant has proven that they're unprofessional. In sending my food (bacon, scrambled eggs, French toast) the resturant did not provide utensils, napkins, syrup, nor butter. In my order I was resulted to eating my food at work with my hands (I was hungry and pregnant). In calling numerous times the staff as well as the manager stated they did not know what could be done. The manager then pass off the phone to another staff member. Once again, I explain to the staff that I did not recieve any utensils, napkins, syrup, nor butter. The staff memeber male said they will send someone out in 5mins. After 30mins past I reach out to Grub Hub in which they tried to reach out to the restaurant numerous times as well as but the restaurant did not pick up the phone. I called the resturant myself to request a full refund. The resturant manager (female) stated they will give me a full refund but I would have to contact Grub Hub. I called Grub Hub back and informed them of what the resturant stated. When Grub Hub contacted the resturant, the manager changed the refund to 20% instead of full refund value. This is very unprofessional and in calling the resturant back will just be pointless at this moment. Please becareful before order from this location.

::I'm Latin. This food here is not good! Food is dried up, poor presentation and poor seasoning. The prices are affordable... but I rather a couple more bucks for very quality. Try RICO POLLO food and you'll see the difference.

::They serve Spanish/Latin food. The food was delicious. Everything was wonderful. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend it to anyone I know(I already have). Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because the doors were open and I had to deal with flies while I was eating. Other than that, it was amazing!
