::They have a good variety of sandwiches, soups, baguettes, salads, amongst other things. We choose two entrees under their 'Pick 2' offer where you can get two half size entrees for a bundle price. I had the creamy Tomato soup with the Green goddess Caprese melt (baguette sandwich); you get to also choose a snack from chips or apple or bread. Both of my entrees was really good and I'd definitely order it again.

::First off, I know that everyone & everywhere is short-staffed. Let's name that as a major pain point for all businesses. That's a problem major corporations, like panera, could solve if they wanted to give bonuses to their workers for meeting & excelling at customer orders and experiences. It would give employees the buy-in to do the job right if they got a monthly bonus for exceeding customer expectations... Secondly, that's not an excuse to serve anyone FROZEN chicken. Yes, it was frozen chicken, those two pieces on the top of the picture are frozen together. And no, this was not their first attempt at making my salad. Do you see the cup on the left side of the salad? That is the gorgonzola cheese the Panera team removed after I had to bring it to their attention that my order said gorgonzola cheese on the side... and on the receipt it says let the manager know if the order isn't accurate. That manager, did not care, I asked for a refund, he said nothing and just put the $$ back on my card. I said don't bother remaking it and went back to my table since I did not trust the establishment to do it right. And mind you we went to Panera (a different location) this time since we were given a gift card to give them a second chance...

::The young woman at the register patiently waited for us to decide. She was friendly and made sure that she took our order correctly. However, the young males working behind the pick-up counter were unprofessional... They were goofing around and even threw something at one-another! Before leaving, we checked our bag to find that they gave us a bag of chips instead of an apple. The order receipt attached to the bag clearly stated "apple" as our side. We were surprised that the manager wasn't checking for order accuracy... He seemed to be meandering around the cafe. As for the food, it was made according to Panera standards... it was fresh and good!

::I ordered curbside pick up. No one brought my order. I went inside and was told my order was not ready, even though it was past my scheduled time. Person at counter said they would bring to my car when ready. Went back inside after 10 minutes and my order was setting up front at the counter. Picked up my bag, did not check my order. You guessed it, my wife’s half sandwich was missing. Called the store back to let the manager my order was not right, as it says to do on the receipt. Let phone ring for 10 minutes then gave up. Panera you owe my disabled wife half a turkey sandwich!!!

::Stopped in this afternoon to try the chef's chicken sandwich with Parmesan crisps. Attached are photos of what they advertise the sandwich to be, and what was actually served to me. With a $1 tip, the sandwich to go cost $13. The sandwich serving size weighed 217g, or about 7.65 oz. KFC's chicken sandwich weighs 10.3 oz and costs $4.59, Popeye's weighs 8.6 oz and costs $3.99. Both are a thousand times better than this joke of a chicken sandwich. As for the Panera sandwich itself, the chicken weighed just under 4 oz (108g), was flavorless except a salty hint of soy sauce perhaps, and literally bone-dry. The lettuce was wilted, and what they're calling Parmesan crisps were little soggy pieces of Parmesan flavored cardboard discs that were placed directly on the aioli that was spread on the bottom bun causing them to sog out within a minute or two. There was nothing crispy about this sandwich whatsoever. Out of every fast serve restaurant brand chicken sandwich that I have tried - and I have tried more than a dozen of them, this was by leaps and bounds the worst of all of them. You could have three crispy and juicy Popeye's sandwiches for the same price as one of Panera's really pitiful attempt to get into the chicken sandwich arena. Anyone that would pay $12 for this sandwich after reading this review would likely lose an IQ contest to an actual chicken.
