::Terrible. Just terrible. Aside from almost nonexistent parking, they constantly forget items in orders and try to refuse refunds. Slow delivery and rude workers.
Carisa Campbell
::Constantly out of things. Last time they said they would refund me for the cookies not in my delivery order (close to 15 dollars) and never did. Food is often cold when arriving. Not quick to offer help with issues. This location is not good at all.

::This is one if not the most unusual Panera Breads I have patronized. Filthy men's room, a delivery person running around in the dining area consistently and a outside security person migrating around in a robotic fashion. I noticed a lot of college students patronizing this place and using laptops and having books open. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't bring my family members to the place and subject them to what I encounter as a real eye opener.

::Given the location this Panera severely underwhelms. The breakfast menu is lacking many of the options other area Paneras have and the staff is barely able to correctly put together the menu items as listed. Lord help you if you custom craft a breakfast sandwich or make any special request to anything. I would advise skipping unless your car is broken down and literally can't go anywhere else.

::This is one of the better Panera locations for sitting inside to eat. Indoor seating is somewhat segmented which means it isn't loud inside. There is outdoor seating available as well. Food is good and I have always received good service. Parking is definitely a hassle since it is in bakery square so I suspect it would be frustrating for take out. Like most paneras, there aren't a lot of power outlets.
