::The main reason I give this business one star is I donโt have a option to give a zero. I read the reviews before I went to this โauthenticโ Taiwanese restaurant and Iโve noticed that others complained about their service and bad tastes of food. I have to tell the truth that the serves didnโt mean to be disrespectful to the customers; itโs probably just because of their personality flaws instead of intentionally providing bad services. For the food, itโs eatable but not real Asian food. This place would be my very last choice among all the restaurants in Pittsburgh. Good luck!!

::Well prepared food and a big menu. I just wish the meat dishes had more veggies.

::Love the food. It's consistently good. That said, the ingredients of the rice bowls I typically get are not consistent. Corn sometimes, sausage bits sometimes, bay leaves sometimes. But as stated, the main protein and rice are always made right. Spicy wonton and shrimp rolls (when they have them -they have been out the last few times) are really good as well.

::There is an adventure culinary show called Huang's World on the Vice Channel. Eddie Huang is a Taiwanese American chef also famous for the basis of the young Eddie on Fresh off the Boat. In any case Taiwanese cuisine plays an important role and it always sounds delicious. In Pittsburgh it is hard to find any 100% authentic cuisine. I used to go to another place in Squirrel Hill. But I Tea Cafe has just moved into Position #1 for ๐Authentic Taiwanese Cuisine!๐๐๐๐๐ I had the spicy beef with ox tongue appetizer. Wonderful, with rice a meal in itself. I also tried the Pork Intestine in basil, also delicious. (Intestines were almost fluffy, Not rubbery!) The other guests food looked very tempting.
