  Needed a T stat for 2016 2.3 eco boost. Said ford hadn’t released replacement part info yet. The car is 2 years old. Hum??? Advanced auto parts has a replacement. Just saying.

  I needed something they didn't have in store and asked them to order it in, I didn't expect to be able to pick it up the following morning. Pretty good service.

  Went in to get parts and the store was so busy. It took me 15 minutes to get to the counter but once i did i had the best guy helping me looking for parts i just wanted to say thank you Louis for the best experience i have had. Keep it up guys maybe you will get more help at night.

  All I wanted were some rotors turned and some silicone grease. Pep boys have had the same "broken lathe" excuse, for years. The just brakes I've been using for years just so happened to have a "broken lathe" as well since pep boys bought them. I think there's a trend here... Louis and Adrian where very nice and extremely patient, even though customers out numbered them 10-1. Honestly if they were full service I'd probably stop going anywhere else, except here and CR's
