  Took my nissian in because the power steering was leaking, come to find out I didn’t tighten the hoes enough, they could have very easy said the pump was done for and I would have taken their word for it. So I can say without hesitation Moore’s is a HONEST and reliable shop, so do yourself a favor if you need a good mechanic Moore’s is the place to go, they have my endorsement and that’s very hard to come by nowadays!!!

  Customer service at the reception is first class. The price was good and my car well serviced. I'll be coming back.

  They are fast and friendly. The part my car needed costs $61, the total bill for repairs was $407. They charged me 3hours of labor at almost $90 per hour plus $80 for the tow. It seems extremely high for me but it may be ok for other people. I would return based on their skill, i would never return based on their pricing (way too high for me) Over all they fixed my car efficiently and in a timely manner.

  I usually don't write reviews and when I started looking for a mechanic I definitely didn't think that I would be going to the effort to write a positive one due to several less than mediocre visits to a shop to have my truck worked on. I usually do most all of my own repairs,( I'm fortunate to have the correct tools and mechanical inclination). So I was weary to take my vehicle somewhere and let a complete stranger wrench on my truck which I use for my business and personal transportation. I called and visited about a dozen or so shops and then started looking at the reviews as well. Moore's Auto got pretty good reviews and was close to my home to boot. I visited their shop and found it to be well kept and the office to be clean and organized. The owner was in and I spoke to him and the shop supervisor at length about the issue with my vehicle and they were very patient and thorough, even though they were obviously busy, I never felt rushed or that they were put out by taking the time to answer my questions. They didn't have an opportunity to work on my truck that day however they let me know that they opened at 7:30 am and I could drop it off and they would take a look at it and call me with an estimated cost and time of completion should I decide to have them fix it. They were all business and very professional both their demeanor and appearance. I dropped it off at 7:30 the next morning and hoped for the best. They did a couple of things that were very important to me, just as they stated they would. #1 They called me in a timely manner BEFORE they repaired anything, less that 2 hours! #2 they repaired my vehicle AFTER obtaining my approval and last and not least the repairs were made in the time frame that they told me from the beginning and for slightly less than the original estimate. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with my entire interaction with MOORES and their employees! I have waited a couple of weeks to post this review because I wanted to make sure that the situation with my vehicle was resolved and I wanted to leave a thoughtful review that best describes my dealings with their business. I have to admit that they have my business for life if this is how they operate. Then again they have been in business for over 40 years and that cannot be by accident. If your vehicle needs repairs you should not hesitate to use them!
