::Incredibly difficult to locate for almost anyone needing to deliver food or visit friends and family. The long stretch of "driveway" is in horrible shape most of the time. The parking for the most part is a joke. Very small spaces, not enough to accommodate tenants and visitors, and the "covered parking" is about as generic and clumsy as you can get. The townhouses themselves are relatively nice. Extremely narrow, and not much room length wise either. They do have three floors which tries to make up for the fact that these are small units, but doesn't quite compensate. Several of the basements do or have had flooding issues as well as past roof leakage. Wouldn't have been my first pick by a long shot.

::EXTREMELY difficult to find!! Not accurate on Google or ANY maps, due to the fact that this "street" is actually an alleyway parking lot, and is divided as follows: the first half of yhis Alley, closest to Simms, shares the name, Simms, and the other half, which drives along clearly older looking townhomes, is named Quail. This is not on the actual, and close by Quail St., Yet that is the tenents address....I KNOW, cuz I live here! EVERYONE, even the FIRE DEPT. That is literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET gets lost trying to get here!! It is a great place to live, but this problem REALLY needs to be fixed on Maps!
