  When you are in your room, it’s fine, it was quiet and clean, I felt safe. In the halls I don’t know why it has to smell like smoke and weed all.the.time. Go smoke outside or makes the place seem sketchier. The workout room is small but at least the equipment works. The parking is a little crazy as it stretches far away from the hotel. I read some reviews on homeless problems in the adjacent park and car thefts. We didn’t have this issue, I think because it was winter, I didn’t see anyone who didn’t belong in the park. But summer might be another story.

  Excellent and personal customer service at the desk, both check-in and check-out. Special shout-out to Virginia for the excellent help and advice, and for the upgrade when my room wasn’t ready. Clean, comfortable, breakfast fine, fitness room very small but fine. Great experience here!

  Very questionable area of Denver. Homeless people all around. Check in was okay. Clean lobby. No housekeeping services which is fine but used washcloth found hanging on shower rod, ring found in room, light out above the sink, pen left with pad was broken, stairwell carpet was filthy all weekend and breakfast worker was breathing down our necks to leave at about 8:45! When I let 'manager' know about washcloth in room found he didn't know what to say and did nothing... Very unprofessional. People smoking pot at the entry doors, not good for kids!!! Would not recommend.

  Front desk clerk was underwhelming and made me feel a little uncomfortable. Parking was spread out away from the hotel, not next to it. Signage? I had to ask where the gym was...second floor and only open til 10pm. No hot tub and the pool was too cold...no wonder the area was clean...no one could use it. Pool must not be heated. Breakfast was decent. The room was good with high ceilings. Best part of my stay here, the towels/linens smelled very fresh and clean and the bed was comfortable.

  Pros: Located right off the highway, staff was friendly, and check in was fast! Cons: everything else. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the homeless people located right next door at a city park. The park is amazing and perfect if traveling with kids, but not sure if it’s worth being around so many homeless. Did not feel comfortable even parking our car in the parking lot. We were so tired from driving we just decided to head to our room to relax. The room just gave me an ick. The carpets were all stained/ripped, the bathroom toilet/floor was dirty, water stains on the walls, just not well maintained. The hallways smell awful, just a nasty dirty smell. The noise level was pretty high, however this wasn’t the hotels fault. Just loud guest staying that night. Lastly, we lay down to fall asleep and a random person comes knocking at our door asking if Caleb lives there… just sketchy. I would rather pay an extra 20-30 a night just to be a little more comfortable, and have my room feel a little more clean.
