  WAY TO GO, SLUMLORDS!! 2nd shooting from this park in less than a year! You can remove this review but you can't remove the report on 9news!! I live in the park next door, leave skid marks, DON'T move in here. The place is a horrific dump, HIGH CRIME!! Do yourself a favor and dont move into ANY park owned or managed by these people, you'll regret it if you have standards

  Very nice neighborhood. Nice homes. Have a friend who owns one of the homes and it's absolutely beautiful!

  Parking is huge issue there is none!and when you try to park on street residents say it there spot since it's by their trailer and you can't park by office as residents double park since they own more than 3 vehicles per trailer! Have to come by Uber to visit or park across Sheridan in shopping center and office people aren't around when you need them on weekends.

  They are really strict there but that's what keeps it clean and presentable. Some mobile home parks look trashy and unkempt.
