  Horrible place to bring your loved ones.The physician Myrna Reyes is very unprofessional and rude.The physician Myrna Reyes should have her medical license revoked.My sister had a medical emergency and she was denied help.I called several times to inquire about the issue and never got a callback from the main nurse Melissa Crespo.Please go elsewhere where they care about your health and well-being

  Worst health care I ever received! I’ve had my doctor changed so many times I don’t even bother to ask my new doctors name. I recently tried to get a asthma medication prescription refilled and was told that until I come in for a check up because I haven’t been there in a while they wouldn’t write the script. I then received a call from a supervisor apologizing for what I was told and told me that asthma medication is not something they can deny and that she was going to fill the script. I then had an incident where I had to go to the emergency room because the script I called for on Friday didn’t get filled until Monday. I was told my my doctor Gustavo Herrera that I can not be issued a nebulizer until I come in to the office again no matter how many asthma pumps I’m running threw (after my second splint to come in was canceled due to COVID) And most recently needed a Covid test and was giving a Covid hotline number to call and when I called the hotline they expressed they would set me up for testing but my primary has to send the order which never came. I then spent the next hour and a half on hold trying to get my doctor to send the order so I could be tested. The order was never sent and as it got closer to 5pm which is closing time for optimus they told me it wouldn’t be done before they closed. Note when I called I explained that I am as Asthmatic and have been exposed to Covid and revived no help what so ever. Every place I call that would test me need the Oder from my primary and they will not send it. On top of that I kept getting passed around from supervisor to supervisor because no one knows or understands why the doctor did not send the order for me to get tested. A few times they gave me the address to a walk up testing location and when I arrived I found out they are not testing anymore for the day. Will not recommend optimus to anyone ever !!

  The only thing I don't like is doctor's do not stay stick to the kids every time we go there is a different pediatrician for the kids the previous no were to be found happened to me 4 times already I know things are tough right now but should fix this is very important to remember your kids pediatrician name with this facility is impossible.
