  If i could give zero stars I would. I am trying to get an appointment and nobody answers the phone. I mean this is ridiculous! When you go in the office the workers are sitting right next to the phone, ANSWER IT! Then transfers to the call center who can’t even book the appointment because they “can’t see their schedule” so what’s the point of having a call center. Then they say they will send them a message to have somebody call it’s been 2 weeks no call back. So ridiculous I will never come here again

  I give it one star because I can't give it zero. My grandmother was transferred to a doctor there to receive care, because it is closer to their house. Big mistake. My mother has been trying to get an appointment for my grandmother - who is in need of consistent care because she suffers from dementia and is way overdo a check-up - SINCE FEBRUARY. The doctor has not bothered to call back at all to meet her patient. My mom has been getting the run-around. And, now, my grandmother has COVID-19 and is in need of her usual medications, but has still gotten no care! Just a test confirming she has COVID and wasn't even offered the treatment now available to help. DO BETTER!

  It was good when it was st vincent clinic I hate this place they never answer the phone I can't get my meds on time I called 3 days in a row they never sent my pain meds to the pharmacy so now I'm in pain all weekend these doctors need to be fired this is the worst place don't go here go somewhere else I had the Pharmacy send a referral I called and I had my care cord people who call you to.ask how every thin is going call them and send a message that 8 need my meds as urgent and still I can't get my meds sent to the Pharmacy these doctors don't care about there patients worst place every

  My appointment was at 10am. I was here at 945. It took one hour and 20 minutes just to get into a room to wait for thirty minutes more. To go get blood work and wait even longer.I have been here almost 3 hours for a simple 'physical' and blood work. Absolutely ridiculous. I thought since my kids come here and they're usually puntcual and timely I'd come here for myself but NEVER AGAIN. I make appointments in the AM so I can fit it in before work, now I have to rush.
