  If I come into a store at 9am the floors should not have trash all over them. Struggled with the return as well. Not sure if I will be back.

  Selection was awesome as usual. The young lady that checked me out was fast and efficient.

  I agree with a comment before about young staff having no people skills. This is the first time I felt uncomfortable in an Old Navy store. There was one male employee who made a rude, mean comment, that may have been about a customer, that was loud enough for other customers and staff to hear. Other staff members, lounging around while there are customers in the store, laughed loudly in response. Overall, it wasn't a very welcoming environment to shop in.

  Who doesn't love good qaulity clothes at a great price. Pssst, the clearance rack at this place is lengendary!

  Retail around this time of year is a special brand of awfulness for everyone. Despite that, the staff was very friendly at checkout, which is always supremely appreciated (thanks, Megan!). Some of the merchandise that wasn't on hangers looked like it was at Kohl's (ie, unfolded and just tossed in a pile) which is partly a reflection on shoppers (refold that stuff, yo!) and partly on staff (if a display looks like a laundry basket...). Anyway, great deals and friendly folks.
