  They've found a great balance between quality and price of Montessori educational materials. The customer support is about what you'd expect from a small business, they try to get back to you as quickly as they can, but they do seem to get inundated at times. They pack their items very efficiently (130 items in just 14 large boxes for the largest kit - two items are still pending), and with a few small packing adjustments they'll be able to prevent any cosmetic damage from occurring. In my experience from ordering the Deluxe Kit (Kit-4) two items are still pending from my inventory of the deluxe package, but only three small items had minor cosmetic damage. In addition, I had to do minor repairs to a guide rail on the geography cabinet, and one knob on a knobbed cylinder, and one knob on a botany/geometry item. Will update this post once the order is fully filled and the three items with cosmetic damage are replaced. With a little bit of adjustment to their workflow and packing technique, they will be able to ship even the largest orders without any damage and without missing a single item.

  Very fast delivery and the quality of the materials was really good worth paying them.
