::Small mom and pop shop in sea of corporate redundancy. They've been there forever and do their best to keep the music alive.

::Your neighborhood music store. Great family-owned little place. Hard to find an authentic music store that can fix any instrument these days.

::I would not recommend this music school because their billing and customer service are horrendous. I had cancelled my child's music lessons and the following month I was charged $98 for the monthly fee on my credit card through their auto pay billing system. After three phone calls and a month later, I received a refund. I tried getting in touch with someone in their billing dept or the owner and was told by an obnoxious teen that they don't give those numbers out. Poor customer service and horrible billing practices! Also, while my child was getting her lessons, I would sit there and observe some music instructors and students laughing and gossiping during their 30 min lessons or instructors talking among themselves in the hallway while their students would practice on their own in the room . They would eat up anywhere from 5-10 min of their 30 minute session. Feel bad for the parents who drop off cause they don't observe this.

::I took guitar lessons here when I was younger. I remember being so upset and went home crying after one of my lessons, because my instructor was so harsh that I couldn't play correctly, that I quit going there after 3 lessons. I was young and a rookie. Give me a break. Other than that, the place was really small I kept hitting my guitar against the wall, no matter what direction I attempted to move.
