::Amazing service! Joe totally saved me the night before a DJ gig. Gave me a great deal on a speaker rental when mine had broken. Was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and seemed genuinely concerned with the success of my gig. The equipment of course worked great. ::Joe once again came thru for me last year July 2016. I had a slight issue with Reloop rmp-3 and Joe always stayed in contact with me and the reloop staff for my refund. Bottom line they actually care and go beyond your typical pro audio retailer. The prices are great too. Don't forget to ask for "Joe" cause he "Knows" whats up on dj products.

::Love That Place...Walked in there for the first time and was greeted by a Gentleman very professional and pleasant named John. We talked a while and i felt comfortable asking his opinion on DJ issues. He was very helpful! Waiting to purchase the Reloop Mixer very shortly so i will be paying him a visit soon.
