  The fact that I am giving this property such a great review is solely because how the customer service solved our problem. Upon arriving in the middle of the night we received the wrong appartment. When I called the emergency number I was told that all properties were fully booked (which is ofcourse normal during Ultra). The next morning I went to the front desk and the kind gentleman immediately agreed that we received the wrong room and told me he would fix it, despite the building being fully booked. A few hours later we received a phone call that our new apartment was ready and keys were left at front desk for collection. We got upgraded to the penthouse suite!!! It was incredible, everything was sparkling clean and the views on both balconies were superb! I can highly recommend this property! Overbooking happens in the industry, but if you solve it in a way like the crew from OB Suites/ OBrickell did you definitely deserve acknowledgement for it!! Thumbs up, will book for our next stay for sure!
