::It was OK for 1 night before our cruise. They have free breakfast, but it's very basic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My daughter was there months before me and said it was under renovation. Well it was still under renovation when we went. If you're looking for a wow hotel, this is not it. All the employees were very nice.

::Enjoyed my stay. Great location near financial district in Miami, loved the art throughout the hotel. Good service, nice place to lounge as well as enjoy drinks.

::Reasonably priced hotel not far from Mercy Hospital. It's currently undergoing renovation so it's a bit of a mess on the outside. They provide a basic continental breakfast. Don't expect to much. The "city" view provides view of an overpass and a Goodwill donation truck. The staff isn't the friendliest.

::The location is great. Hotel is dirty, the carpet smells bad, impossible to walk barefoot. I usually don’t write reviews but this is what happens when you don’t research properly before you check in. I truly don’t know how this hotel has 4 Stars reviews. We only came for 1 night since we had to be here for a wedding close to this hotel but we couldn’t wait to get out. You cannot possibly imagine the smell in the room. TV did not work.Service was poor as well. Our best advice is to stay away from this place.

::Those that follow us across Social Media, blogs, and written publications from Miami to Toronto to Paris know that our home and offices were destroyed in Hurricane Irma back in September of 2017. Since the hurricane we’ve bounced around hotels, but we never felt like things were turning up until we reached Hotel Urbano. The rooms are nice, we have HEAT (which is awesome because it’s unseasonbly cold, the beds are like heaven, the bathrooms are tip top, spacious & comfortable spaces all over the hotel, there’s are all kinds of amenities, and best of all... This is literally the best staff I’ve seen at any hotel in South Florida... EVER. From the managers, to security, to the front desk crew, to the lovely people that clean our rooms; They are always friendly, vibrant, full of conversation, and go above & beyond to make guests feel like they are at home. People may have different standards for how they like their rooms, but if anyone says anything less than ‘the staff is stellar’, just disregard. People like this are hard to find in Miami. The fact that so many good people work at the same hotel is unheard of around here. This is a young, fresh, and welcoming crew that is worth the price of the room alone. Thank you, Hotel Urbano! We are forever gracious for your hospitality!
