  I would give them 0 stars if I could. They took my rugs called me back with a quote that was very very expensive. When I balked at the price they were supposed to get back to me with a lower costs for less super duper service. It's been four weeks and when I call they say the technician will get back to me. No one calls back, this is a giant scam. The other reviews seem like shills. Don't call these guys,

  I used NY's carpet cleaners based on a recommendation I received from my aunt. They were professional, timely, and well coordinated throughout the entire job. They answered the couple of questions I had pertaining to their products. Their products didn't stain or leave behind any residue. They earned a repeat customer for sure!

  They are the best carpet cleaning service in Manhattan, in my opinion. They do consistent and great work, and are very efficient. My carpet is stain-free and looks great after their cleaning service.
