  A few weeks ago I wrote a complaint about chair marks being left on my carpets. This was the first time I was not satisfied with NYC Carpet cleaners. I want everyone to know that the owner himself came out to Westchester personally with a helper and they fixed the problem. That's what I call real professional integrity. I will happily continue to use NYC Carpet Cleaners. They do excellent work and are very pleasant to have in your house.

  My mattress needed to be cleaned so I called NYC Carpet cleaners. They cleaned the mattress and got rid of very old stain.

  I had my sectional couch cleaned by a cleaning company I saw on television. That was a huge mistake. Now, 2 years later I needed it cleaned again but wanted an actual good cleaning so I called NYC Carpet Cleaners, they were recommended by my neighbor. Well, I had the couch cleaned and it came out so beautiful, almost new. Thanks
