  vicky it so amazing and very nice with my alterations and in washing and ironing my clothes she so amazing, i’m stay there for like 14 year with her.

  I ALWAYS go to them and I live downtown. I feel safe and my clothing alterations are superb! I mean my clothes fit me like a Barbie doll after! :-)

  I love this place. I've tried other drop off services in the area, and they weren't as good. They are efficient and friendly. I have sensitive skin, so they work with me on using non-allergenic products. I also go to them for all of my alterations - they are very skilled with that. They took a beat up winter coat and gave it new life. If I have any stubborn stains they charge five bucks for an extra cleaning treatment. Well worth the money to save my favorite shirts and pants. Highly recommend.

  I have been using Five Star Cleaners for the last 6 + years since moving to the Dyckman Street area. I have found the business itself to be very efficient and communicative. They have prompt pick-up and delivery, are well-organized and answer the phone. I have never had a lost item, or any damage and I use them for both my laundry and dry cleaning. The owner, Ms. Vicky almost always answers the phone and is very pleasant and professional. When she is not able to answer the phone, one of her staff does and they are equally pleasant and professional. She is also good for small fabric repairs and minor mending. If there is a tailoring job she is not confident about, she will tell you honestly. Overall, I really like this store and will continue to do business with them until I leave the neighborhood.
