  NY1 did several projects for us through the years and we were always completely satisfied. One project included a complete home renovation including the inside of the house, siding, windows, and roof. The projects were done on time and with professionalism. We would highly recommend this company.

  We had a kitchen renovation done by NY 1 home improvement. The work was done with complete professionalism and promptness. We have had work done by NY 1 years ago, and were very pleased. Hence, we have asked them to do this job as well. Now, we are thinking of an electrical job for future renovations. I am sure we will have the same results.

  They were excellent.! I needed a complete house makeover. I had many different estimates but I Ii I did a lot of research and had a lot of estimates and found that NY1 fit in my price range and the owner was very polite and help me get the best deal for what I needed. They did a very professional and perfect job and it looks gorgeous, in a short period of time. My wife kids, and all my friend say that my house looks beautiful.

  The job we contracted for involved installing new granite counter tops, to replace old Formica tops. As the work proceeded, we quickly discovered the fact that the old counter tops were glued to the cabinets and, to make matters worse, the kitchen floor and cabinets were far from level. Despite all the extra work that was necessary to complete this job, Waheed honored his original proposal, which in itself was quite competitive compared to others we had received. Removal and installation of the new counter tops was much more complex than we had expected. However, the work was done efficiently and professionally with a minimum of disruption. The new granite counter tops look great.

  I highly recomend this company. They did an amazing job on my kitchen and I couldn't be happier! Living in an old house there were many obsticals including a steam pipe that had to go through the countertop. The owner went out of his way to make sure the end result was perfect.
