  I'm disgusted and disappointed With Novak Auto Corp  First they said they were coming st 6pm I got another phone call saying 8pm   He finally shows up at 9:30 which I was willing to wait but once he started to talk to me so disrespectful. He told me to come outside and give him the paperwork. I said no you’re to conduct business at my front door before you do anything  I was treated so disgustingly I feel bullied by him.  He hooked up my car before even coming to my front door to discuss the transaction and he spoke nasty to me continuously throughout the transaction  He told me he didn't have change to pay me and was going to leave without paying me  I told him to take my car off you’re not leaving with my car without paying first  He walked away from me and DID NOT UN HOOK MY CAR I called their office and spoke with Jim    Jim told the clerk to pay me $140 instead of $130 bc Jim said the clerk should have gotten change before he came and come to my door conducted the transaction  As I tried to again conduct the transaction  The clerk threw down on my my registration and refused to pick it up and walked away I again spoke with Jim on how this clerk is so unprofessional and disrespectful and not remorseful.  Jim said he had no control what the clerk says or does  Jim said to call back and speak with his boss  Again dealing with this clerk  I ended up signing bc it's 9:30pm he threw down my money on the porch and walked away snickering  I called again trying to speak with the owner and I got Jim I told him I spoke to him yesterday Jim said I never spoke to him I said I wanted to speak with the owner and he said I had to hurry up and tell him what I'm calling about and  After hearing that and from what I was put through yesterday I hung up They don't care about their customers   They don’t have any respect. I'm NEVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE LOW LIFES AGAIN! IM SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED  YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE SENT THAT DIRTY LOW LIFE UNPROFESSIONAL  YO
