  As a long-time client, Nourishing Journey is great place to grab your morning brew, catch up with friends, get some work done, and more importantly, restores my balance and flow of energy throughout my body, mind, and soul. That said, there are some behaviors clients should not have to deal with that creates a negative [energy], such as the barista on Tuesday, slamming dishes and utensils against each other and throwing them in the sink that physically made my heart beating so fast, making me feel anxious. And this is not the first time. Nourishing Journey provides a healing environment that is essential in reducing anxiety and stress, however, if these toxic energies and impurities within this individual continues, I will no longer be a client. Unhappy employees are not good for this type of business, clients, or anyone else. They make everyone around them unhappy, too, and that's bad for Nourishing Journey. Nourishing Journey needs to help this employee find happiness by getting them out of this business and on to new opportunities as quickly as possible.

  Fantastic and friendly staff who are so kind and genuinely seem to care for their clients. I come once a month for acupressure, and feel so refreshed afterwards. They also have a little cafe. Try the Chakra Tea, it's quite good!

  Great little coffee shop located inside a wellness center. Very much focused on high quality coffee and a friendly atmosphere. Regular coffee was very tasty, slightly lighter roast but very flavorful. All in all, highly recommend a visit. 5/5 would be back

  Found this by accident. What a Hidden Gem. It was so nice and cozy. Lots of healthy options. Not a lot of places carry wide variety of Keto stuff. I was impressed especially with the organic mold free coffee. The sandwich was great. The coffee was very good. Definitely will be going back.

  Unfortunately I did not get to enjoy any of the food/drink here; but! The atmosphere I DID get to enjoy! It was cozy, warm, and relaxing! Perfect for studying, working, or chatting with a friend. Calm, non-distracting space. Sweet background music, too!
