  I always get a iced Macha for my wife. She loves them. Staff was clean looking, and greeted me when I came in and thanked me when I was leaving out.

  Typical Dunkin with the usual coffee, snacks, and donuts. It does have on-tap coffees. Cold brew was strong but they skimped on the flavor pumps, couldn't see or taste the caramel at all. Instead of the typical Dunkin plastic cups, they use unbranded paper cups that don't hold up well. Bigger issue is the awful paper straws! They are crushed by the prongs on the lids, add a funky taste to the drink and fall apart before finishing the drink. It also added weird foam and bubbles when sipping the drink that was worrisome... What the heck was causing them and are they safe?? Only one person working in the store when I went in, there is no drive thru. He was just standing behind the counter, there were no other customers and he wasn't making an order. Yet when I said hello and then thanks as I was leaving, I received no response or recognition at all.

  The Dunkin on mist way make my coffee well everytime. Other places it's too sweet or doesn't taste good.

  This is by far one of the worst DD I’ve been to. They are super slow and how do you have stale donuts in the morning. I guess that’s the type of service you get when their run by foreigners. Sad but True!

  Used the mobile app to purchase a iced coffee and avocado toast. They served me burnt toast and covered it up with the avocado spread!! I did not even realize this until I got to my destination. This is horrible customer service…. Did they think I would not be able to use any of my 5 senses??? It looks horrible, smells horrible, and tastes horrible!! Not happy at all!!
